LADIES' RETREAT - NOVEMBER 3-5

Our annual Ladies Retreat up in Prescott is almost here! We look forward to relaxing & having great fellowship while we relish the cooler weather.  Weekend Details:

Location: 125 Partridge Lane, Prescott, AZ 85303

2nd lodging location for young adults will be nearby (TBD)

Theme: "Be the Light" Matthew 5:14-16

• The cost for is $50 for the weekend and $35 for Saturday only. There will be a $5 discount for early bird registration ending on Wed, Oct 18th at 9pm.

• Theme t-shirts for $17 ea will be available for purchase during early bird registration ONLY, with S, M, L and XL options. 

• The first 50 registrants will receive a welcome bag

• Who can come? All ladies and daughters 14 years old and up

Friday, 11/3/2023

•    6 pm - Meet at the Cabin for Light Dinner/Snacks

•    8 pm - Dessert, Games, Spa Treatments

Saturday, 11/4/2023

•    8/9 am - Breakfast

•    Worship / Devotional, Sharing Time

•    Games, free time

•    1 pm - Lunch

•    Walk/Hike, going downtown, rest, play games, cook dinner, etc

•    6pm - Dinner

•    Worship & Prayer

•    Games, more Spa Treatments, etc.

  Sunday, 11/5/2023

•    8/9 am -Breakfast and Clean up

•    Worship & Devotional

•    Departure by 2pm

Packing List:

• Bible

• Toiletries

• Comfortable clothing

• Your own pillow 

• Blanket or sleeping bag

• Sneakers or comfy shoes to walk around the lake or downtown

If you have a blow up mattress available to bring along, please let Susanne know, so we can assure that we have plenty of  sleeping areas. 

The cabin has already in place appx 20 existing bed and/or couch spaces.

Directions:

1. Go I-17 North

2. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 262 for AZ-69 N toward Prescott (1.3 mi)

3. Continue onto AZ-69 N/E State Route 69 (32.9 mi)

4. Slight left onto AZ-69 N (0.2 mi)

5. Slight right onto E Gurley St (0.6 mi)

6. Turn left onto S Mt Vernon Ave (0.4 mi)

7. S Mt Vernon Ave turns slightly left and becomes S Senator Hwy (0.5 mi)

8. Turn right onto Haisley Rd (0.6 mi)

9. Turn left onto Valley Ranch Cir (154 ft)

10. Turn left onto Partridge Ln  (Destination will be on the right)
